Job Description

This strategic leadership role is dedicated to driving full-funnel growth for our e-commerce clients, with a strong focus on the wellness and beauty space, by combining paid media, influencer marketing, creative performance, and CRM to unlock scalable acquisition and retention. You will work directly with the CEO to define and lead growth strategies, oversee execution through departmental leads, and ensure performance meets both client and company objectives. You lead with strategic vision and cross-functional coordination, ensuring flawless execution through your teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive client performance across marketing channels to maximise business outcomes
  • Define full-funnel marketing strategies per client, aligned with business goals
  • Own quarterly and annual performance roadmaps, ensuring predictability and results
  • Monitor and analyse performance KPIS and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Identify quick wins and longer-term growth levers across paid, influence, CRM, and creative
  • Enable strong collaboration across departments to ensure strategic consistency and flawless execution
  • Cascade high-level strategy to department heads (Performance Managers, Head of Influence, Creative Leads, CRM Manager)
  • Lead weekly cross-functional growth syncs to align campaigns and troubleshoot blockers
  • Create unified frameworks to ensure message, targeting, and execution are consistent across all touchpoints
  • Ensure each department operates with clear KPIs, timelines, and accountability metrics

Requirements

  • Experience working with e-commerce and/or DTC brands, particularly in the beauty and wellness sectors, with a deep understanding of their growth dynamics and performance challenges
  • 6+ years in digital growth roles, with a strong track record in performance marketing and orchestrating effective multi-channel strategies
  • Deep expertise across paid media, influencer performance models, creative optimisation, and CRM-driven retention
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex performance data into clear, actionable growth strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments and confident collaboration with C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills, with a strong bias for performance and results
