A highly respected luxury consumer brand is seeking a Director of Growth to lead customer acquisition, membership growth, retention, and customer lifetime value across a portfolio of premium products, experiences, and membership offerings. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will own the entire customer journey—from awareness and visitation through conversion, retention, and loyalty—while partnering closely with Sales, Hospitality, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
Job Responsibility
Drive growth in active customers and premium membership programs
Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, renewal, and reactivation strategies
Increase conversion across customer, hospitality, and membership funnels
Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and loyalty initiatives
Partner with hospitality leadership to drive qualified visitation and demand
Own growth analytics, KPI reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement
Lead a small internal team and manage external agency relationships
Manage growth-related budgets and investments
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Membership, Subscription, Ecommerce, DTC, or Customer Marketing leadership
Proven success improving acquisition, conversion, retention, and renewal metrics
Experience managing an end-to-end customer growth funnel
Strong analytical skills with expertise in customer data, segmentation, and marketing technology platforms
Experience within luxury hospitality, premium consumer brands, luxury retail, travel, wine & spirits, private clubs, or membership-based businesses preferred
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
