We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our company's growth initiatives through acquisitions and partnerships. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, fostering key relationships, and executing transactions that align with our vision for expansion. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight, financial expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills to drive impactful results.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of acquisition opportunities by proactively researching, networking, and tracking industry trends
  • Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees to position the company as their preferred buyer when they choose to sell
  • Establish and strengthen connections with brand leaders to ensure our organization is the go-to partner for acquisition opportunities
  • Assess acquisition targets for their financial, operational, and strategic compatibility with the company
  • Develop and deliver detailed strategic recommendations and analyses to executive leadership
  • Manage key aspects of the deal process, including sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and drafting letters of intent
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations, as well as external advisors, to facilitate smooth transaction execution
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor actions to identify emerging opportunities and potential brands for acquisition
