As we accelerate our international expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our EMEA growth engine – across all acquisition and retention levers. If you have experience both as a hands-on keyboard performance marketer and managing a team, you’re data-driven, creative, and a strategic marketing leader with deep DTC experience, this is your invitation to get in the kitchen and help us build something extraordinary.
Job Responsibility:
Set the growth vision for the region and lead the full-funnel 360 degree digital strategy across channels: paid media, creative, analytics, organic social, owned media, earned media, influencer, affiliate, CRO, SEO
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value – blending global frameworks with regional nuance
Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional Growth Marketing team for the EMEA Hub
Develop digital growth strategies and KPIs to measure strategies across the specified channels
Serve as an experienced partner to EMEA leadership by contributing insights that shape broader business strategies and country growth plans
Build strong relationships with cross-functional peers to ensure campaign planning, execution, and measurement excellence
Drive collaboration and communication between performance and creative functions, optimizing for results
Represent the EMEA region in global marketing forums
Define and lead Growth Marketing Strategy for each EMEA market
Adapt and execute global campaigns with regional nuance
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
Partner with local stakeholders to deliver impactful market activations and co-branded partnerships
Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs
Own regional marketing reporting and present insights during business reviews
Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
Lead full-funnel performance marketing across various platforms
Define the channel strategy and testing frameworks for efficient spending and growth
Oversee daily campaign execution and optimization
Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies
Oversee EMEA social strategy spanning organic, paid, and influencer activity
Partner with the global content team to produce creator-led content
Monitor platform trends and audience sentiment to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in growth/performance marketing roles
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing execution across growth marketing channels
Strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of attribution and cohort analysis
Skilled in creative testing and funnel optimization
Fluent in English and German
