Job Responsibility
Lead, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display, with a strong focus on increasing lead volume, enhancing lead quality, and optimizing cost-per-lead and cost-per-case performance
Develop and implement disciplined campaign architectures, comprehensive keyword strategies, audience layering, advanced bidding logic, and meticulous negative management
Design and execute structured testing roadmaps for ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and targeting to achieve measurable efficiency gains and continuous improvement
Monitor daily campaign pacing, budget delivery, and performance volatility, proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies to maintain optimal campaign health
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across analytics platforms, tag management systems, call tracking solutions, and CRM integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve lead flow issues, pixel discrepancies, tagging errors, and routing problems in close collaboration with analytics and intake teams
Conduct in-depth analysis of full-funnel performance, from initial click through to qualified leads and retained cases, providing actionable optimization recommendations
Collaborate with creative teams to guide messaging, offers, and asset requests, leveraging performance data and search intent insights
Deliver clear, concise reporting on spend, lead generation, cost-per-lead, projections, and down-funnel insights to executive leadership
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, specifically within a lead generation or high-intent acquisition environment
Strong command of Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and automated bidding strategies (e.g., tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding)
Proven experience managing monthly budgets (minimum $1M per month) with clear accountability for return on investment
Proficiency in analytics platforms, tag management systems, and troubleshooting attribution or tracking discrepancies
Experience working in call-based or intake-driven environments where lead quality directly impacts revenue outcomes
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, driving initiatives from conception to completion
