  • Own the web growth strategy and operating model: Define the vision, roadmap, governance, and prioritization model for experimentation, personalization, and AI-assisted customer journeys across Microsoft’s commercial web portfolio
  • Build a portfolio of high-impact growth bets: Identify the most important opportunities to improve customer engagement, discoverability, conversion, trial/signup motions, pipeline influence, and overall customer journey performance. Translate those opportunities into clear business cases and investment recommendations
  • Lead the experimentation roadmap: Establish a structured, hypothesis-driven experimentation program across priority journeys, including intake, prioritization, test design, measurement planning, readouts, decisioning, and scaling of validated learnings
