We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Global Digital Marketing to lead strategic initiatives across web platforms, social media channels, and digital campaigns. Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute content strategies for websites and social media channels to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and standards
Collaborate with senior leadership and global digital teams to prioritize initiatives and maintain consistency across platforms
Oversee the architecture, content governance, and performance optimization of global websites and social media accounts
Lead the creation and implementation of regional social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
Manage and guide global support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high performance
Coordinate with web development teams to handle site enhancements, migrations, and new launches across regions
Drive search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and manage external SEO partners to enhance regional search visibility
Lead digital campaigns and audience acquisition through engaging web experiences and targeted social media efforts
Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Brandwatch, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure digital efforts support overall business goals and key service lines
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles within digital marketing, web, or social media
Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-region websites and enterprise social media accounts
Strong understanding of web platforms, social media algorithms, SEO, and digital performance analytics
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization, with the ability to manage priorities across time zones
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear business terms
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with real estate, consulting services, or B2B industries is a plus
Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their application in digital marketing
