Job Responsibility

  • Lead all aspects of mutual fund administration, including regulatory reporting, board communications, vendor management, fund financial oversight, tax coordination, and product administration
  • Partner with firm leadership on business operations, product launches, strategic initiatives, and service provider relationships
  • Support compliance initiatives, including regulatory filings, policy development, and committee participation
  • Oversee Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee development
  • Manage technology, cybersecurity, office operations, business continuity planning, and AI initiatives alongside external consultants
  • Help build the infrastructure, processes, and operational excellence needed to support the firm's long-term growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in investment management or a related financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment operations, wealth management, and financial markets
  • Leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional projects
  • Experience in compliance, finance, technology, or business operations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, growing firm

Nice to have

  • MBA, CFA, CFP®, CIMA, or other advanced credentials
