Job Description

Seasonal Kids Activities Manager to lead children's entertainment at The Hillgrove Hotel, Monaghan. Create unforgettable moments for families in the Kids Club through themed activity mornings, outdoor games, arts and crafts, and mini challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, create, and coordinate a full programme of activities that keep children entertained, engaged, and coming back for more — every single day
  • Bring structure to the fun and energy to every session
  • Work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure our youngest guests feel every bit as valued as everyone else

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children in a structured setting — summer camps, sports coaching, childcare, youth work, or similar
  • A natural ability to connect with kids of all ages and make them feel at ease
  • Strong organisational skills — you'll be building and running a daily programme, not just showing up
  • A team player who can lead, motivate, and support the Kids Club team around them
  • A Garda-vetted background (or willingness to obtain clearance before start date)
