Capital Vacations is seeking a Director of Frontline Sales to lead and elevate our Myrtle Beach sales operation. This leader will drive performance across a high-volume, fast-paced environment focused on new owner acquisition.
Job Responsibility
Lead, develop, and manage Frontline Sales Managers and Representatives
Drive tour flow conversion, VPG, and overall site performance
Partner with Marketing leadership to maximize tour generation and efficiency
Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively supporting closes
Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales process and standards
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in timeshare frontline sales (Director or high-level Manager)
Track record of driving strong VPG and closing performance
Ability to lead from the front and close deals alongside your team
Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong recruiting and talent development mindset
