This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced finance leader to help shape the financial direction of a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership on key business decisions. Job Responsibility
Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic financial decisions
Drive advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance analytics
Develop and enhance KPIs, executive reporting, and board-level financial presentations
Support capital allocation, pricing strategy, and business case analysis
Improve forecasting accuracy through systems, automation, and BI tools
Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
Requirements
10+ years of progressive FP&A / strategic finance experience
Current or recent industry experience within financial services, retail and or private equity
Leadership experience within complex, high-growth environments
Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with planning systems such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or NetSuite preferred
MBA and CPA, and or CFA is required
Nice to have
