Job Description:

Kiddom is seeking a hands-on Director of FP&A & Strategic Finance to strengthen our financial planning function and elevate business decision-making across the company. This role will lead business partnering, working closely with GTM, PDE (Product, Design, Engineering), and other departments, while also building scalable FP&A systems and processes to support Kiddom’s next stage of growth.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM, PDE, Content, and Operations leaders
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes across functional teams
Develop and track KPIs
Partner with leaders to evaluate new markets, products, and state adoptions
Design and implement scalable FP&A systems, tools, and automation
Establish a unified source of truth for financial and operational data
Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting cadence
Build management and board reporting packages
Partner on the annual operating plan, 3-year financial model, and capital allocation frameworks
Collaborate with Accounting to support cash forecasting, debt compliance, and financial policy development
Support fundraising and investor communications
Lead or contribute to special projects

Requirements:

6–10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking
Experience in a startup or high-growth operating environment
Proven experience in financial modeling, including three-statement models, scenario analysis, and driver-based forecasting
Strong business partnering skills
Hands-on operator with a track record of building and improving FP&A systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree
