Job Responsibility
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring long-term growth, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences
Lead, mentor, and develop Food & Beverage leaders and teams while upholding Four Seasons cultural values and service standards
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, and inventory control with a focus on financial performance and creative revenue generation
Maintain a strong, visible presence throughout the operation, building meaningful relationships with guests, regular patrons, and internal partners
Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Planning Committee to design menus, wine programs, and amenities that balance quality, innovation, and value
Ensure consistent compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies, and local regulatory requirements
Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to support seamless hotel operations
Requirements
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required
Five to seven years previous experience in multiple food & beverage department head positions
Proven experience leading large-scale Food & Beverage operations within luxury or upscale hospitality environments
Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Deep operational knowledge of food & beverage service, guest experience standards, and team development
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
