Job Description:

Responsible for food and beverage daily operations, overseeing Culinary, Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. Ensures brand service strategies are implemented, meets brand’s target customer needs, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing departmental financial performance. Develops property-wide strategies to meet customer and employee expectations.
