Responsible for food and beverage daily operations, overseeing Culinary, Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. Ensures brand service strategies are implemented, meets brand’s target customer needs, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing departmental financial performance. Develops property-wide strategies to meet customer and employee expectations.

Conducts human resource activities including hiring, coaching, and setting performance standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
