Job Description:

Lime Media Group is seeking a Director of Fleet & Facilities to lead the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our vehicle fleet and physical location. This role is responsible for ensuring that Lime Media’s field operations, office, shop, and outdoor spaces are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own enterprise-wide fleet strategy aligned with Lime Media’s growth, geography, and operational demands
  • Lead lifecycle planning for all vehicles, including procurement, replacement cycles, and upfitting standards
  • Establish and enforce fleet governance, policies, and compliance standards
  • Drive cost optimization through vendor negotiation, utilization analysis, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Oversee safety, insurance, DOT compliance, and incident management
  • Evaluate and implement fleet technology (telematics, fuel management, maintenance systems)
  • Partner with Finance and Operations leadership on fleet forecasting and capital planning
  • Provide strategic oversight of all Lime Media facilities, including offices, shop, and outdoor spaces
  • Develop facilities standards for maintenance, safety, security, and appearance
  • Lead capital improvement planning, renovations, and site expansions
  • Oversee building systems, parking lots, security infrastructure, and vendor-managed services
  • Ensure facilities meet regulatory, safety, and insurance requirements
  • Proactively identify risks and operational gaps across sites
  • Lead and develop fleet and facilities staff (direct and indirect reports)
  • Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability measures
  • Build scalable processes and SOPs to support company growth
  • Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues
  • Foster a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Own fleet and facilities budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures
  • Track and report on costs, utilization, uptime, and ROI
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using operational metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with: Field Operations, Safety & HR, Finance & Procurement, IT & Security
  • Support after-hours or urgent operational needs as required

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in fleet management, facilities management, or operations leadership
  • Proven experience managing company fleets in a field-based, asset-heavy environment
  • Demonstrated leadership over multi-site facilities or operations
  • Strong financial acumen with budget ownership and cost optimization experience
  • Deep understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fleet, logistics, or infrastructure-heavy industries
  • Experience implementing fleet or facilities technology platforms
  • OSHA, safety, or facilities management certifications
  • Experience scaling operations during periods of rapid growth
