Requirements

Proven experience in residential portfolio management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in Goodlord, Fix-Flo and Payprop is advantageous but not essential
UK Driving license and access to a vehicle
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be advantageous

Job Responsibility

Manage and oversee the onboarding of 150 managed properties
Keep the single client fully updated
Liaise with our directors about the onboarding
Ensure that all legal certificates are in place and valid for the properties
Ensure that all properties are compliant with the Renters Rights Act as it becomes enforceable
Carry out property inspections
Arrange and agree maintenence work with both the landlord and contractors
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies across the portfolio
Identify opportunities to increase our presence in the area
Identify opportunities to increase income
