Our client, one of the most prestigious firms is looking for a senior leader. What makes this role different: You won't be coming in to overhaul everything. You'll be coming in to lead a highly capable group of developers and system analysts, own the Elite 3E platform and vendor relationship, and guide a thoughtful evolution toward modern development practices. The team has been here a long time. That's a feature, not a bug.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading a large team of developers, system analysts, and managers across financial systems support and development
  • Owning the firm's core financial systems platform and managing key vendor relationships
  • Driving a modernization agenda
  • modern development practices, deployment pipelines, and cloud-connected data flows
  • Partnering cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical direction
  • Mentoring and developing managers, with a focus on long-term team growth and retention

Requirements

  • 15+ years in financial systems, ideally with Elite 3E exposure
  • A development background SQL roots, custom application experience
  • Real people leadership experience at a manager-of-managers level
  • Professional services or law firm experience (a plus, not a must)
