Job Responsibility:
Leading a large team of developers, system analysts, and managers across financial systems support and development
Owning the firm's core financial systems platform and managing key vendor relationships
Driving a modernization agenda
modern development practices, deployment pipelines, and cloud-connected data flows
Partnering cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical direction
Mentoring and developing managers, with a focus on long-term team growth and retention
Requirements:
15+ years in financial systems, ideally with Elite 3E exposure
A development background SQL roots, custom application experience
Real people leadership experience at a manager-of-managers level
Professional services or law firm experience (a plus, not a must)
