Job Description

A high-growth, PE-backed company with over 100 retail locations and $3B in annual revenue is looking for a Director of FP&A to join their finance leadership team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a three-part role. You will own the enterprise-wide budget and rolling forecast, lead a small analytics team responsible for Power BI dashboards and Databricks reporting, and serve as a financial business partner to the regional operators who run the business day to day. You will report directly to the CFO and present regularly to the executive team. The right candidate has led FP&A at scale across multiple locations or business units, is comfortable managing a small team of analysts, and has the communication skills to build credibility with operators who are not finance people. Power BI and some exposure to a data lakehouse environment like Databricks are required. Total compensation target is in the $200-225K range. Four days on-site in Fort Lauderdale, one day from home. Travel is light, roughly once every few months. If you have a background in multi-location finance and want a seat with real scope and visibility, we want to hear from you.
