Job Description:

An opportunity for an experienced Director of Finance to join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. Reporting to the General Manager with dotted lines reporting to the Regional Director of Finance and the Vice President, Operations Finance. An integral member of the Hotel Leadership team collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safeguard the hotel assets and financial resources
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information
  • Establish and enforce adequate internal controls
  • Counsel hotel senior management
  • Ensure the hotel operates within all related local and corporate policies and procedures and under the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement
  • Be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule
  • Create a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences

Requirements:

  • Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Job knowledge of all positions in Accounting, Purchasing, Food & Beverage control and Information Technology
  • Passion for people and talent management
