Director of Finance

• Lead the preparation and review of financial reports, including dashboards and ad hoc reporting
• oversee annual budgeting processes and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance
• collaborate with sales teams to analyze data, develop strategies, and support business growth
• monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability and operational success
• support month-end close processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• act as a mentor to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• provide detailed financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to guide decision-making
• serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by offering a second set of eyes for reviewing budgets and ideas
• utilize Sage or other financial systems effectively to support day-to-day operations.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, including dashboards and ad hoc analysis
• strong knowledge of annual budgeting processes and month-end close procedures
• expertise in cash flow forecasting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• ability to collaborate with sales teams and develop actionable strategies
• excellent mentoring skills with a non-threatening and supportive approach
• familiarity with Sage or similar financial systems is preferred
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• effective communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
