Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced financial leader to oversee and drive the financial strategy and operations of our product lines. This role requires a strong ability to manage global financial planning, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning financial processes with organizational goals and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee global financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for product lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and executive-level insights on product line performance
  • Analyze sales and operational metrics, including profitability by product, market, and customer, as well as factory productivity
  • Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives, new product developments, and capital expenditure projects
  • Manage month-end financial close processes, providing detailed analysis and commentary on performance
  • Support manufacturing, inventory, and asset optimization decisions through comprehensive financial analysis
  • Lead site accounting processes, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards and policies
  • Supervise the calculation and reporting of rebates, commissions, and sales/use taxes for respective sites
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean deployment, global sourcing, and capital expenditure return analysis
  • Build and develop a strong finance team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and performance management

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in financial leadership, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in managing accounting processes, including month-end close and compliance with corporate standards
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, such as QAD or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and support manufacturing and operational decisions
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cultures
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics related to sales, operations, and capital investments
