Are you a hands-on finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to build, shape, and elevate a finance function from the ground up? My client is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a critical partner to executive leadership, working closely with the CFO to own the FP&A function end-to-end while helping scale a dynamic CPG and manufacturing business. This is a highly visible, seat-at-the-table opportunity to drive strategy, build systems and processes, and create the financial infrastructure needed for the next phase of growth. Ideal for a builder who loves creating structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, partnering closely with leadership while helping to build the financial infrastructure needed to support continued expansion. The organization is in a true build-and-scale phase, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating structure, influencing strategy, and operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
