Director of Finance

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure accurate nightly financial reconciliations during events and performances
• Collaborate with event teams to maintain smooth financial processes for concerts and performing arts shows
• Supervise general ledger activities, ensuring timely and precise entries
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Lead financial planning initiatives to optimize revenue and control costs
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting efficiency and accountability
• Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to the unique needs of the entertainment industry
• Act as the primary point of contact for audits and external financial reviews

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the entertainment or performing arts industry
• Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and perform accurate forecasting
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Previous experience supervising teams and providing leadership in a finance setting
• Familiarity with financial compliance and audit procedures
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
