Job Description

Radix is building the most trusted data and analytics platform in multifamily. As Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping how Radix scales—bringing financial clarity, discipline, and insight to a fast-growing SaaS business. You will partner closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions, balance growth with financial health, and ensure the company is always investor ready.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and long-term strategic modeling
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering ARR growth, churn, pricing, LTV/CAC, scenario planning, and margin expansion
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and investor-ready financial reporting for executives, the board, and external stakeholders
  • Own cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and covenant tracking
  • Establish and monitor core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leaders
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using BI tools
  • Optimize and scale finance systems and processes across ERP, FP&A, CRM, and BI tools
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit readiness, and tax planning requirements
  • Provide leadership and oversight for accounting and collections functions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity
  • At least 3 years in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Thrive in startup or scale-up environments
  • Deeply curious
  • Demonstrate resilience
  • Highly adaptable
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive or Anaplan
  • Deep understanding of SaaS economics, metrics, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently
  • Lead with impact, courage, and responsibility

Nice to have

  • MBA, CFA, or CPA
  • Experience with fundraising or M&A
  • Familiarity with proptech, real estate analytics, or asset-heavy industries
