We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Finance to lead the financial operations for a multi-entity professional services organization. Job Responsibility:
lead the full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy across all entities
prepare and present comprehensive monthly management packages, including variance analysis against budgets and historical data
deliver executive summaries and financial performance insights to the Board of Directors
manage financial forecasting and provide real-time updates to leadership regarding the company’s fiscal health
direct all treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, urgent disbursements, and electronic fund transfers (EFT/wire)
optimize the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely resolution of overdue items and vendor queries
oversee complex billing processes and timesheet submissions to ensure seamless revenue recognition
manage end-to-end payroll administration, including the processing of bonuses, commissions, and vacation accruals
act as the primary point of contact for external auditors to ensure a smooth annual audit process
maintain strict adherence to bank covenants and prepare quarterly compliance reporting
ensure all government filings and regulatory requirements are met accurately and on schedule
monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contractor management and organizational placements
Requirements:
CPA preferred but will also consider other relatable post graduate certifications/degrees
must be comfortable working in the office 4d/week
must be a blend of full cycle, hands on operational accounting as well as strategic finance business partner
must come from the recruitment, staffing, human capital consulting industry
