Director of Finance

• Lead and mentor financial staff
• oversee all financial operations
• provide comprehensive financial analysis
• develop and manage the organization's budget
• ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting
• supervise audits and compliance initiatives
• collaborate with department heads to review budget reports
• manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and advisors
• prepare and present detailed financial reports
• conduct risk assessments and implement measures to protect organizational assets and investments

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• advanced certifications preferred
• 7–10 years of accounting experience
• 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity
• proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, fund accounting, and budget management
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• strong communication skills
• experience in nonprofit financial management is highly desirable
• strategic thinking abilities
• meticulous attention to detail
• strong organizational skills
• valid Texas driver’s license or capability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
