Director of Finance

• Develop and execute the long-term financial strategy to achieve business objectives
• Oversee the comprehensive annual budgeting process and provide detailed, rolling financial forecasts
• Design, implement, and audit internal control systems to safeguard all assets
• Advise the executive team on significant capital expenditure (CapEx) projects (e.g., renovations, new construction) and evaluate all investment opportunities
• Present consolidated, high-level financial reports to the Board of Directors
• Lead complex variance analysis and provide strategic insights
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, including Finance Managers and Controllers

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
• CPA or equivalent professional designation (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in hospitality or similar industry, 5+ years of which specifically as a Leader
• Proven ability to link financial performance to operational execution and drive profitability in a high-volume, dynamic environment
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial executives and external stakeholders (banks, auditors)

CPA or equivalent professional designation (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
