We are currently seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance to join our Executive Team. This senior leadership role is central to the success of the hotel and a key member of the Planning Committee, contributing to long-term strategy, financial planning, and operational decision-making. As Director of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability, while partnering with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions that enhance the guest experience and overall hotel performance.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic leadership over all hotel finance functions, including accounting, purchasing, payroll, and F&B control
Prepare and oversee comprehensive financial reports, budgets, forecasts, CAPEX plans, and cash flow analyses
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, loan covenants, and internal controls
Monitor and manage hotel revenue, expenses, and labor costs, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
Serve as a trusted business advisor to the General Manager and Executive Team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making
Chair the hotel’s financial planning function and represent Finance at the Planning Committee
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, owners, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive innovation and process improvement within the Finance department, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
professional certifications are a plus
3–5 years of senior leadership experience in hotel finance or luxury hospitality operations
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and reporting standards
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic business decisions
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
familiarity with hotel financial systems and property management software is an advantage
Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Fluency in English
