Job Description:

Working as a full-time Director of Finance Systems Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap to modernize our finance technology landscape. This role is a key leader in ensuring the finance teams can scale to meet the needs of an increasingly large and complex business by optimizing global processes, implementing and enhancing finance systems and building new scalable global capabilities to enable effective finance operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with Finance, IT, and business leaders to define and own the finance technology roadmap, focusing on the systems, data and processes needed to support business growth
  • Leading efforts to improve and scale finance processes and systems, using technology and data to increase efficiency while maintaining strong controls and appropriate risk management
  • Overseeing process, data and system improvement initiatives, ensuring teams use data effectively to support better decision making making across the business
  • Establishing and maintaining clear financial data standards and governance, so information is accurate, consistent and useful as the company grows
  • Building and leading a high-performing, collaborative team that can support increasing business needs and adapt to new technologies
  • Using analytics and metrics to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend actions related to resourcing, financial performance, and system capabilities
  • Partnering effectively across the organization to manage change, identifying where new processes or tools require training, communication or additional support
  • Supporting other initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems OR possess 7 years of experience in an accounting, finance or IT role
  • Possess at least 7 years of progressive experience with ERP and finance systems with a demonstrated skill to drive strategy and improve business processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player approach, including the ability to coordinate across teams and departments
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and ability to improve processes
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam)

Nice to have:

  • Prior systems strategy, programming or development knowledge
  • Proficient knowledge of OneStream and PeopleSoft systems
