Director of Finance Shared Service and Other Projects

• Design and execute scalable Finance Shared Services model across APEC region
• Lead transformation initiatives and drive automation
• Oversee finance projects supporting regional growth, compliance, and operational excellence
• Implement automation tools and enhancements
• Streamline finance operations through digital solutions and ERP optimization
• Establish consistent finance policies, procedures, and controls across all regions
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements

• Minimum Graduate
• 12+ years of finance experience
• 5+ years in shared services or regional finance leadership
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in managing multi-country finance operations and transformation projects
• Strong understanding of hotel finance cycles and compliance frameworks
• Strategic thinking and execution
• Leadership and people development
• Financial systems expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision/D365)
• Project and change management
• Communication and stakeholder influence
