Job Responsibility
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
Build cash flow and treasury models
Support capital allocation and investment decision-making
Manage liquidity, cash management, capital calls, and distributions
Partner with lenders and internal teams on financing needs
Support JVs, fund structures, and co-investments
Oversee waterfalls, promotes, and distribution modeling
Track portfolio performance and returns (IRR, equity metrics)
Support fund launches, capital raising, and investor analysis
Improve systems, reporting, and finance infrastructure
Partner with legal, tax, and asset management teams
Advise leadership on investments and strategic initiatives
Requirements
10+ years in real estate PE, investment management, FP&A, IB, or related finance roles
Strong understanding of real estate fund structures and institutional capital
Experience with cash flow forecasting, treasury, and capital planning
Knowledge of waterfalls, promotes, and return metrics (IRR, equity returns)
Experience in development, value-add, or opportunistic real estate preferred
Strong financial modeling and communication skills
Experience building processes and scaling infrastructure
CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus
