Job Description

The Finance & Business Planning team manages Meta's entire budget of revenue and expense. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within Meta and within related industries. The team is seeking a strategic, driven and analytical Finance professional to lead coverage of the G&A Finance Team. This is a people manager role within Finance directly working with G&A leadership. This role is cross-functional and partner facing, involving coordination across a number of groups within Meta. This role will challenge you to both understand and contribute to a variety of different organizations, including Global Affairs, Global Workplace Services, Finance, and Legal. You should have a bias toward action and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and interaction with senior leadership as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization. You will be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Cultivate business partnerships with leadership across Global Affairs, Global Workplace Services, Finance, and Legal
  • Provide financial support across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for G&A Finance
  • Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence decision makers to allocate spend more effectively
  • Help business partners gain key insights into spend through analyses and reporting
  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes to make the business more efficient
  • Drive process improvements and enhance current tools/systems related to finance
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to deliver presentations, influence decisions, and drive alignment on key processes

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in finance, strategy consulting, investment banking, or business operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leadership
  • Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning
  • Experience with building financial models in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to coordinate processes across multiple stakeholders across the G&A organization
  • Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders from various backgrounds
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and often ambiguous environment
  • Willingness to operate hands-on as an individual contributor
