Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Field Marketing to lead our global field marketing initiatives. You’ll oversee strategy, execution, and event planning across the US and EMEA, managing a talented team while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. The role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, empowering you to make a measurable impact on DataDome’s success.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading Global Field Marketing Strategy: Own the strategy for all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
  • Planning and Executing High-Impact Events: Strategize, plan, and execute a mix of brand-building, lead-generation, and partner-driven events in the US and EMEA
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and develop a small, high-performing team
  • Territory Strategy & Sales Coordination: Work closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities and create targeted marketing strategies for specific territories
  • Goal Setting & Measurement: Set and manage goals for all field marketing activities, ensuring key metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, and opportunities won are consistently met
  • End-to-End Event Ownership: Take full ownership of events from initial strategy development through execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in field marketing, preferably in the B2B tech space
  • Experience managing events across multiple regions (US & EMEA) is a plus
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a related tech industry
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple events simultaneously
  • A customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the importance of relationship-building through events and engagements

Nice to have

Experience managing events across multiple regions (US & EMEA) is a plus
