Director of Facilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance required, maintain tracking system of projects that need to be completed
• Develop preventative maintenance program and tracking system of preventative
• Prepare weekly maintenance staff schedules and allocate work to ensure repairs completed in timely manner
• Recruit, supervise, and train facilities staff
• Contract vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to complete tasks as required and supervise completion of tasks
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and vendors to complete tasks as needed
• Maintaining a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned
• Analyzes cost control evaluations, inventory management, and work order trends to make appropriate facilities recommendations
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years experience supervising facility maintenance
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is a plus
