Director of Facilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how to execute. Reward and recognize employees
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationship. Demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model
• Identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress
• Adopt Aramark process and systems
• Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
• Deliver client and company financial targets
• Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends
• educate teams on key levers to improve margins
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
• Comply with all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field
• FMP (Facility Management Professional) or SFP (Sustainability Facility Professional) certification is highly preferred
• Combination of education and experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 7–10 years of management experience in large-scale residential campuses, corporate housing, or high-density hospitality environments (3,000+ occupants)
• Proven track record of managing a "Mother Site" while simultaneously standing up additional satellite locations
• Strong mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) knowledge with specific experience in water treatment/softening and high-efficiency air filtration
• Expert-level experience with CMMS and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asset Essentials)
• Exceptional ability to lead in a high-pressure, "mission-critical" environment where AI data center timelines dictate housing needs

Experience managing facilities in extreme climates (high wind, dust, extreme heat) is a significant plus
