Job Description

Our company is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Enterprise Systems to lead our ERP initiatives within a manufacturing/factory environment. This critical leadership role will drive systems strategy, oversee ERP implementation and optimization, and foster cross-functional collaboration across business units. Ideal candidates will have proven success in ERP management, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead and develop technical teams to meet evolving business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise systems (ERP, manufacturing software) aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor teams responsible for ERP implementation, customization, and day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate extensively with departments including production, finance, supply chain, and quality to identify requirements and improve process efficiency
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage technology vendors and solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement, leveraging digital change to optimize manufacturing operations
  • Ensure system security and compliance standards are maintained
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and project timelines for enterprise system projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar), with at least 5 years in manufacturing/factory environments
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership and ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative skills for working with multiple departments
  • Experience managing technical teams and complex projects
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills
