We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead strategic growth and partnerships for Blockstream’s Enterprise Business Unit. This role will drive opportunities via media user acquisition, ecosystem integrations, and retail distribution across global markets. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, design, dev, and executive teams to forge and manage partnerships that support long-term product adoption and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and own the enterprise go-to-market strategy across product lines
Define and refine product positioning and messaging
Collaborate with product management and engineering to understand and communicate technical value propositions
Partner with sales and business development to enable revenue growth
Lead strategic campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and external partners/agencies
Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and market feedback
Requirements:
10+ years of marketing experience
At least 5 years in enterprise B2B or product marketing leadership roles
Proven success leading enterprise go-to-market efforts from strategy through execution
Strong background in technical marketing
Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, or payments companies at the enterprise level
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical discipline
Familiarity with Bitcoin, blockchain, or crypto technologies and the broader digital asset ecosystem
