At the same time anchoring the Mexican culinary heritage journey in our food and beverage hot spots within the affluent local community. And finally, celebrating our Wellness and Spa program as the most pampering and rejuvenating sanctuary of peace and longevity in Polanco. Grounded in our Purpose to “care for People so they can be their Best,” a Director of Engineering is responsible for bringing this Purpose to life through the execution and delivery of the Hyatt brand and brand experiences across all stakeholders: guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities.
Job Responsibility:
Overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s engineering operations, including building maintenance, safety, energy management, and capital projects
Ensure that the property meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and guest expectations
Lead a skilled engineering team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Director of Engineering in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel
Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Spanish is a most
