Social Driver is seeking a Director of Engagement — Integrated Strategy to join our Client Engagement team in a senior leadership capacity. This role is designed for a strategic architect who excels at connecting multiple disciplines to deliver cohesive client solutions and lead high-level relationships with a focus on trust and authenticity.
Job Responsibility:
Own a dedicated portfolio of clients as their primary strategic partner and day-to-day relationship lead
Lead with expertise and confidence regardless of the discipline or channel the work involves
Run client meetings, workshops, and reviews
Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward smart recommendations and strategic direction
Maintain strong, long-term relationships
Step into projects across any discipline and quickly provide strategic direction
Architect projects and programs that lack clear definition
Translate ambiguous client goals into structured, executable strategies
Apply deep cross-disciplinary knowledge
Serve as a senior thought partner across the engagement team
Oversee the overall strategic direction and health of client programs
Partner with project management and specialist teams
Flex into any workstream with a high level of skill
Identify risks and ambiguity early, and resolve them

7+ years of relevant experience
