We’re partnering with a leading consumer goods company to find a talented Director of DTC eCommerce. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead digital initiatives for a dynamic organization focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position is based primarily in-office, offering a collaborative environment and strategic influence within the company.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all aspects of the direct-to-consumer eCommerce sales channel, ensuring financial targets and strategic goals are achieved
Create a top-tier customer journey by utilizing data analytics to optimize site layout, navigation, and checkout processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Inventory, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure alignment on company objectives
Plan, oversee quality assurance, and execute eCommerce projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
Develop analytics frameworks that inform decision-making and support both immediate and long-term eCommerce strategies
Requirements:
Proven leadership ability with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in digital commerce environments
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders across departments
Experience managing eCommerce platforms, with knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices
Solid understanding of site development, UX/UI, and technological enhancements that improve customer experience
Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation
