Director of Diplomatic Sales for Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea & AMAALA. The role involves developing relationships with government and diplomatic stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the public and diplomatic sectors for the luxury beachside resort destination.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, embassies, and diplomatic stakeholders
Maintains a detailed knowledge of resorts facilities, features and services
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the public and diplomatic sectors
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Attend relevant events, conferences, and receptions to represent the company
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diplomatic, government trends, regulations, and procurement processes
Identify key opportunities for both resorts within the government entities, diplomatic missions and international organizations
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, international relations or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Director of Diplomatic Sales for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Government relations
Proven knowledge in a business to government sales, government agencies, embassies, and diplomatic stakeholders
Knowledge of government procurement procedures
Experience in hotel operations in a cluster or multi property operation
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Knowledge of sales management software and CRM tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
Strategic thinking skills
Good financial knowledge
Clear communication skills
Great negotiation and influencing skills
Key GCC government & diplomatic sales market knowledge, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and effective sales plan execution skills
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
