Job Description

Director of Diplomatic Sales for Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea & AMAALA. The role involves developing relationships with government and diplomatic stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the public and diplomatic sectors for the luxury beachside resort destination.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, embassies, and diplomatic stakeholders
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of resorts facilities, features and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the public and diplomatic sectors
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Attend relevant events, conferences, and receptions to represent the company
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diplomatic, government trends, regulations, and procurement processes
  • Identify key opportunities for both resorts within the government entities, diplomatic missions and international organizations

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, international relations or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Director of Diplomatic Sales for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Government relations
  • Proven knowledge in a business to government sales, government agencies, embassies, and diplomatic stakeholders
  • Knowledge of government procurement procedures
  • Experience in hotel operations in a cluster or multi property operation
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
