Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is building a pipeline of experienced Director of Dining Services leaders to support our partnership with Asbury Communities. This senior leadership role oversees a full-service dining program within a high-end senior living environment, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality food and service while enhancing the resident experience. Aramark partners with leading organizations to deliver integrated dining and facilities solutions that improve quality of life, strengthen operations, and support long-term success. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Dining Services provides both strategic and operational leadership for community dining programs. This role leads dining and culinary teams, partners closely with client leadership, and ensures consistent execution across all service areas. The position requires a leader who can drive performance, build strong teams, and maintain a high standard of hospitality in a structured, service-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management

  • Effective communication skills with clients, senior leadership, and internal teams
  • Ability to interpret and execute against contractual requirements
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environments
