Job Description

We are looking for a strategic digital marketing leader to oversee and elevate the performance of our consumer-facing online ecosystem in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will shape the vision for websites, listings, and emerging platforms while partnering across teams to deliver seamless user experiences, measurable growth, and strong conversion outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital optimization, analytics, governance, and innovation, with the ability to turn data and market insight into scalable marketing performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Shape and execute the roadmap for digital platforms, including site enhancements, user experience improvements, testing strategies, and ongoing performance optimization
  • Guide external development partners and platform vendors to ensure dependable integrations, sound quality standards, and scalable technical solutions
  • Oversee digital measurement frameworks and analytics tools to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insight across customer touchpoints
  • Define and enforce governance practices for digital properties, with attention to data quality, privacy expectations, compliance standards, and responsible use of AI
  • Drive the strategy and results for business listings and other discoverability channels to strengthen visibility, traffic relevance, and conversion performance
  • Lead lifecycle and lead-nurture initiatives that improve engagement quality and support stronger progression through the customer journey
  • Analyze user behavior and customer pathways to remove friction, refine interactions, and improve the end-to-end digital experience
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled marketing opportunities that improve personalization, content effectiveness, lead generation, and team efficiency
  • Act as the primary digital performance advisor for field-level stakeholders by sharing best practices, supporting launches, and resolving escalated platform issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in performance-focused strategy at a brand or agency
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems, including WordPress
  • Demonstrated success managing agencies, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative and resourceful approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
