We are looking for a strategic digital marketing leader to drive demand generation and elevate the company's online presence. This role will guide paid media strategy, website performance, and conversion-focused landing page development to help strengthen pipeline growth and brand visibility. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B marketing, analytics, and direct response campaigns, with the ability to turn marketing investment into measurable business results.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end demand generation efforts designed to increase lead volume and support revenue goals
Oversee the company's digital presence, ensuring the website reflects the brand effectively and delivers a strong user experience
Direct paid advertising initiatives across channels such as Google, Meta, and relevant industry platforms to maximize reach and performance
Manage a substantial marketing budget and continuously optimize spending based on campaign results and business priorities
Create and refine landing pages that improve conversion rates and align with campaign objectives
Implement and maintain tracking frameworks, including UTM structures, to measure channel effectiveness and attribution
Use analytics and performance data to evaluate campaign outcomes, identify opportunities, and inform strategy adjustments
Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility while supporting direct response marketing objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in B2B demand generation
Demonstrated success managing paid media campaigns across major digital advertising platforms
Experience overseeing website content, landing page optimization, and broader web presence strategy
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and tools such as Google Analytics
Ability to manage budgets effectively and translate performance data into actionable recommendations
Knowledge of brand-building strategies alongside lead generation and direct response marketing tactics
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
