Quantum Metric is redefining digital experience analytics in the era of AI – and we’re looking for a digital leader who’s just as excited about what’s next. The Director of Digital & AI Search will be the strategic driver of how Quantum Metric shows up across every digital touchpoint – from human buyers to AI agents. This role combines vision and execution: you’ll define what great looks like, lead agencies and programs to scale, and jump into the weeds when needed to keep performance sharp. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Growth Marketing, this is a highly visible, cross-functional role – one that will serve as a strategic right hand in driving Quantum Metric’s next phase of digital growth, innovation, and efficiency. You’ll inherit a strong, mature foundation and take it to the next level through innovation in AI search, conversion optimization, and intelligent experimentation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Quantum Metric’s digital performance strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, and CRO – driving measurable growth, efficiency, and impact across the funnel
Own and evolve our AI Search strategy, advancing visibility across emerging surfaces like generative search, AI overviews, and LLM citations
Drive continuous experimentation and optimization, owning both our A/B testing platform and the frameworks that power our digital growth
Own Quantum Metric (our digital analytics platform) for web performance tracking, analysis, and insight generation across the full digital ecosystem
Manage relationships with digital agency partners, setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and driving a performance-oriented, collaborative dynamic
Partner closely with the Campaigns team and our Senior Manager of Web & ABM Experiences to connect top-of-funnel acquisition with conversion and pipeline outcomes
Report out performance insights that are clear, actionable, and tailored for audiences ranging from peers to executives
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, operations, and sales teams to ensure digital programs ladder to pipeline goals and revenue outcomes
Lead, mentor, and grow a small but high-performing digital team (starting with one direct report), fostering curiosity, accountability, and innovation
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, including deep SEO expertise and hands-on leadership of paid media programs
Proven success managing and optimizing agency partnerships, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance
Strong experience with digital analytics and optimization platforms, including web analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Quantum Metric, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Kameleoon, Optimizely, Profound)
Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B SaaS or similarly complex digital buying environments
Proven ability to translate insights into action and report performance metrics in ways that inspire clarity and confidence
Experience leading and developing small teams
strong people-management and mentorship skills
Passion for SaaS, AI-driven innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what digital marketing can achieve
Travel: 1-2 times per year
