Director of Design

• Defining the design vision, strategy, and operating model for how design collaborates across the company
• Leading and coaching the design team (5 people) to elevate craft, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
• Driving excellence in Discovery and Delivery across research, ideation, prototyping, and execution
• Acting as a change agent — improving processes, increasing design maturity, and enabling better outcomes
• Strong design craft and hands-on experience (concepts, prototypes, user flows, and design reviews) to coach and level up the team’s design skills

• 10+ years in Product/UI/UX Design
• 4+ years in design leadership roles (Lead, Manager, Director, or similar)
• Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery, with a track record of improving product outcomes
• Ability to develop, hire, mentor, and coach designers at different seniority levels
• Comfort leading organizational or process transformation — shaping how design operates
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership
• Willingness to remain hands-on with design work when it adds value
• Advanced level of English
