Job Description

Lead the Data & Analytics Strategy at Forge Holiday Group. Own the data strategy and shape the future of analytics across the group. Join a visionary tech leadership team that champions innovation. You’ll lead the group’s data strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. You’ll be the voice of data in the business, driving innovation, building a high-performing team, and leveraging insights to fuel growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and deliver a roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Build and inspire a large team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers
  • Champion AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to unlock new opportunities
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all data assets
  • Establish KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to embed data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior leadership/director-level roles within Data & Analytics
  • Success in building and scaling high-performing teams (50+ people)
  • Expertise in BI, data science, and analytics in fast-paced, scaling businesses
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to influence at all levels
