Job Description

This is a senior leadership role sitting at the heart of Acast's creator ecosystem. You'll oversee a team of creator managers, drive strategic partnerships with top-tier podcasters, networks, and publishers, and ensure our creators have everything they need to grow their audiences and revenues. You'll operate at the intersection of relationship management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration: a connector, a builder, and a leader all in one.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Creator Managers, fostering deep, long-term relationships with Acast's most strategic creator partners
  • Define and communicate clear team objectives, KPIs, and strategic priorities that align with both individual growth and company-wide goals
  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that drive operational excellence, elevate partner satisfaction, and unlock revenue growth
  • Champion a proactive, innovation-led team culture where solutions thinking and creative ambition are the standard
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for Acast's most significant creator, producer, network, and publisher relationships
  • Guide the team in developing and executing tailored growth strategies for partners, spanning revenue optimization, audience development, marketing and promotional planning, content strategy, and platform integration
  • Lead high-impact partnership reviews, bringing together creator partners and key internal stakeholders to align on vision, performance, and opportunity
  • Ensure global Sales teams are continuously equipped with timely, accurate creator insights to maximize monetization across the portfolio
  • Partner closely with Sales and Creative Brand Partnerships to identify and activate branded content and sponsorship opportunities
  • Proactively surface and pursue new revenue streams across advertising, branded content, subscriptions, and emerging product lines
  • Act as the internal voice of the creator, working across Product, Legal, Communications, Marketing, and Finance to advocate for partner needs and remove friction from execution
  • Guide partners through seamless onboarding and integration into Acast's systems and workflows
  • Influence product strategy by translating frontline creator insight into actionable roadmap feedback
  • Maintain rigorous standards for internal tracking, documentation, and performance reporting across the team's creator portfolio
  • Own accurate revenue forecasting and commercial visibility for senior leadership
  • Lead strategic planning cycles and high-priority ad hoc initiatives as the business evolves

Requirements

  • You bring significant experience from a media, podcast network, or creator platform
  • A proven people leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • A relationship builder who is comfortable managing senior-level partnerships and high profile creators
  • Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of revenue strategy in the creator, media, or audio space
  • A natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally to create the best offering possible for our creators
  • Analytical and organized, using data to inform decisions and keep teams accountable to clear goals
  • Solutions-oriented and adaptable, energized by a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
  • Passionate about podcasting and the creator economy
