Requirements
Senior leadership experience across Corporate Services, Finance, HR, Operations or Governance
Experience leading organisational or digital change in a charity or membership environment
Strong understanding of charity governance and board‑level reporting
Financial and risk management capability
Inclusive leadership style, with the emotional intelligence to support colleagues through change
Confident communicator able to build trust with CEOs, Boards and senior stakeholders
