We are seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement who will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on improving clinical quality metrics and patient outcomes at Expressable.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement methodology
  • 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical services, or regulated environments
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement projects with measurable results
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for all organizational levels
  • High proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms
